Refund Policy

How to request a refund

Send an email to support@nellhartshorn.site from the address you used at checkout, within 30 days of your purchase date. You don't need to give a reason, and we won't ask you to return or delete anything.

Please include the email address used for the order so we can locate it quickly.

How long it takes

We aim to process approved refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Problems with your download

If you have a technical problem with your download, received the wrong product, or are unable to access your purchase, contact us at support@nellhartshorn.site before requesting a refund. In most cases we can resend your download link right away and make sure you receive the product you paid for.

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you may have where a refund is required by applicable law.
